These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and taya001 ("taya001," "Company," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the taya001 online gaming platform available at taya001.org. By creating a taya001 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the taya001 platform and close your account.

1.1 By accessing taya001.org, clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or "Log In," or by placing any wager or making any deposit on the taya001 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with taya001's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform ("Ancillary Policies"), all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 taya001 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the taya001 platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of taya001 after the effective date constitutes binding acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.3 These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the taya001 brand, including but not limited to online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, virtual casino games, Mines Gold, online bingo, and any other gaming products made available on the platform from time to time.

2.1 Minimum Age. The taya001 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with the age requirements mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. taya001 requires all players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. taya001 may request additional documents at its discretion.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The taya001 platform is operated for and licensed to serve players within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing taya001 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for compliance with their local laws. taya001 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a taya001 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from taya001 or from any PAGCOR-regulated platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of taya001 and its affiliated companies; (d) persons whose accounts have been permanently terminated by taya001 for Terms violations.
🚫 taya001 employs automated and manual age-verification systems. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed, all funds confiscated in accordance with PAGCOR regulations, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active taya001 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If taya001 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any net winnings derived from bonus play may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. taya001 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya001 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTP) with any third party. taya001 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. All activity conducted through your account credentials will be attributed to you, unless you have notified taya001 of unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Sharing. Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or operate your taya001 account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting taya001 support. Upon closure, any pending bonus amounts subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances not subject to active bonus restrictions will be returned to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
4.1 taya001 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the taya001 Cashier page at the time of transaction.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to another person — are prohibited. taya001 reserves the right to return funds to their source if a third-party deposit is identified, and to suspend the receiving player's account pending investigation.
4.3 taya001 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, bank institutions) may impose their own transaction fees, for which taya001 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Deposits made in error or in excess of the player's stated intent must be reported to taya001 support within 24 hours. taya001 will make reasonable efforts to return excess deposits minus any applicable processing costs, but cannot guarantee recovery once funds have been wagered.
💡 All monetary figures on the taya001 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players depositing via USDT will see their equivalent PHP balance displayed after real-time conversion at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.
5.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals are only processed for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts. taya001 may withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is completed to the satisfaction of the Compliance team.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically feasible. taya001 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method at its discretion.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, regulatory review, or system maintenance.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers are displayed on the taya001 Cashier page.
5.5 Withdrawal Verification. taya001 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from recently registered accounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure required under PAGCOR compliance guidelines.
🚫 Bonus funds and winnings derived from wagering of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. No withdrawal of bonus-linked funds will be permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the taya001 platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household/IP. Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. taya001 reserves the right to void bonus claims where abuse patterns are detected.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other method that taya001 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion constitutes bonus abuse. In such cases, taya001 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the player's account.
6.5 taya001 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially and adversely affect players who have already qualified for and are in the process of fulfilling the wagering requirement of that promotion.
7.1 All games available on the taya001 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. taya001 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.2 Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface. taya001 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, taya001's system records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error attributable to taya001's systems, the wagered stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
7.4 taya001 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, corrupted data transmission, or any other technical fault that results in an outcome inconsistent with normal game parameters.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya001 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from taya001 may do so by accessing the Self-Exclusion section in Account Settings, or by contacting taya001 support. taya001 will enforce self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt. Self-excluded players are prohibited from attempting to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts.
9.3 taya001 cooperates with PAGCOR's national responsible gaming programs and will honor third-party exclusion orders issued under Philippine gaming regulations.

10.1 All content on the taya001 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, sound effects, and structural design — is the intellectual property of taya001 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya001 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No rights to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any taya001 content are granted.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya001's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 taya001 is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits or expected winnings; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events; (d) losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes taya001's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 taya001 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, if taya001 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player's account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) continuation of the account would expose taya001 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; (d) instructed to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.2 In the event of account termination for Terms violation, taya001 reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements may be returned to the player's verified payment method at taya001's discretion, following any applicable investigation period.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through taya001's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where the dispute involves a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
13.3 Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should first contact taya001 support at [email protected]. taya001 will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.
14.1 taya001 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — taya001 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 Players who do not agree with amended Terms must stop using taya001 and request account closure before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the taya001 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
